As an instructor of real estate courses at UCLA Extension, my students learn how to analyze various types of properties, for instance: income properties. I bring the same powers of analysis used in the classroom to bear on "real world" investment opportunities for buyers and sellers. If my analysis does not justify a transaction, I won't push an investor into a deal just to grab a commission. I give investors the information they need so they can decide what's best for themselves, whether I'm paid for it or not. That's integrity personified!
